Shimati was born out of a shared passion for authenticity, quality, and purpose. Coming from the Konkan region, We are experienced farmers specializing in Alphonso mangoes. A nice story is attached from our childhood which takes us back to those golden days.
At Shimati, our roots lie deep in the heart of Konkan, a place we call our happy place—filled with nature, beautiful beaches, rich culture, and cherished memories. It’s where we go to unwind, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves and our land. The name Shimati was born during one such tranquil moment in Konkan. As Madhura soaked in the serene landscape, she stumbled upon a simple wooden stick—known as Shimati in Marathi. In that instant, it carried her back to childhood memories. This very stick, once used by teachers in schools, was not merely a tool of discipline but a symbol of guidance—shaping students into confident and responsible individuals.
That moment sparked something deeper. We saw Shimati not as a symbol of punishment, but of guidance, discipline, and growth. Just like that stick shaped lives with firmness and care, our brand too is built on strong values—authenticity, hard work, and staying true to our roots.
As the saying goes, “छडी लागे छम छम , विद्या येई घं घं”—meaning discipline brings wisdom.
This spirit lives on in our brand.
Shimati is more than a name—it’s our tribute to Konkan, our journey, and the values that guide us.
Agriculture is the backbone of our society, providing food,
raw materials, and economic stability.
“The pulp tastes so fresh and natural, almost like eating a mango straight from the orchard. No artificial taste — just pure sweetness.”

“I’ve eaten Alphonso mangoes all my life, but the GI-tagged ones from Yashaswi genuinely stand out. The aroma hits you the moment you open the box — sweet, rich, and unmistakably Ratnagiri.”

“I used the Alphonso pulp to make aamras for a family get-together, and everyone thought I had hand-pulped fresh mangoes! It’s that good.”We consume as they ripe....
Thank you so much....

“I was honestly surprised by how authentic the taste was — soft, sweet, with that perfect chana dal texture. It’s like my mom made it herself.”

“The dehydrated jamun tastes just like the fresh fruit — tangy, slightly sweet, and full of that unique flavour. It’s my new favourite healthy snack!”
